２月第３月曜の来週は、Presidents' Dayでこれはカリフォルニアで定められている祭日で、３連休です☆
先週アメフトのスーパーボウルでの国歌斉唱を聞き逃して、YouTubeで確認したら、その他のアーティストの国歌斉唱もいろいろ出てたのでチェックしまくりました。
なぜか、他国の国歌だけれど、勝手に気分が盛り上がってしまうのです。
歌詞がわかってないから、曲調によるところが大きいと思います。
YouTubeに今日現在Upされているスーパーボウルで国歌（National Anthem）を歌った人は、今回のビリー・ジョエル(Billy Joel)、マライア・キャリー(Mariah Carey)、フェイス・ヒル(Faith Hill)、ビヨンセ(Beyonce)、そして今年のグラミー賞を受賞したディクシー・チックス（Dixie Chicks）など、まあ豪華！
その中でも一番心が震えたのは、ホイットニー・ヒューストン(Whitney Houston)が歌ったものでしたでした。聴きたい方は→こちらからどうぞ。
